Yoga
A free six week course to introduce you to the benefits of yoga for physical and emotional wellbeing. You will need: a yoga mat (cheap ones available from high street stores)
Starting on Wednesday 13th October from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. in Towcester (venue TBC)
Starting on Monday 18th October from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. in Daventry (venue TBC)

Complementary Therapies
Complementary therpapies have been shown to help restore the body's natural equilibrium and balance. When the bosy is relaxed and in balane it can cope with the everyday stresses and strains of life much more effectively. This free three week course includes Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki and offers you an opportunity to learn techniques through demonstrations by the tutor and also by practising on each other. You will need: towel, bottle of water, hand or body lotion, baby wipes, pen and paper.

Creative Expression
Express Yourself Well - 'Pens not Pills'
This free six week course offers you the opportunity to explore how creative writing could improve your wellbeing. This group is open to anyone from beginners to those who already have an interest in creative writing.
Starting on Monday 4th October from 1 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. in Daventry (venue TBC)
Express Yourself Well - Card Making
This free six week course encourages you to explore your creative side in a practical way by making cards for all occassions. No previous experience is necessary.

Creative Wellbeing - Art
Explore your creativity and switch off from stress with this fun and relaxing free six week art group. The arts can be a useful outlet for the expression of emotions and also stimulate the 'right side of our brain' responsible for non-verbal, emotionally based expression. You do not need to have any prior experience or expertise in art to attend, just a desire to explore your creative side.

Sleep Management
Is your life debilitated by long term sleep problems such as poor quality sleep, insomnia, or difficulty getting off to sleep? Have you been taking long term hypnotics and would welcome the chance to reduce your reliance on such medication? If so, this free six week course could be for you.

Stress Busting Saturday
Is life beginning to get you down? Do you struggle to take time for yourself? Then join us for this short session that will teach you practical skills to keep stress at bay.
