Short Story Writing** - Create the Dream
Improve your wellbeing by assimilating expereinces, exploring emotions and clarifying your thoughts. Putting pen to paper helps to focus where we want to go and what we want to do. Writing is one of the most creative tools we possess as human beings with many authors beginning theri careers with semi autobiographical work and find it leads them to venture into fictional territory. This is a free six-week course.

Express Yourself Well - Pens not Pills**
This free six-week course offers you the opportunity to explore how creative writing could improve your wellbeing. The group is open to anyone from beginners to those who already have an interest in creative writing.

Expression Through Drawing - Learn2 Draw**
Express creativity through learning to draw - switch off from stress with this fun and relaxing art group. Express your emotions using a variety of drawing techniques - pencils, pastels, charcoal etc. This is very much an individual venture and offers a life log source of stimulation, satisfaction and enjoyment. This is a free six-week course.

Confidence Building**
Do you feel that you lack confidence in a group, find it difficult to speak your mind, make that important phone call, or stand up and have your say? This free one-off session could help to give you the confidence to speak up.
Friday 27th April from 10.30am to 2.30pm in Corby (venue TBC*)
Using CBT Skills** to Overcome Depression and Low Mood
This free half-day session offers participants the opportunity to learn or revisit a range of CBT thinking skills. Participants can choose to sit quietly and absorb the new knowledge and skills or they can join in with the interactive aspects of the learning. CBT has a very good evidence base as an approach that can be learnt by people in order to help them manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. The course is lead by 2 very experienced mental health practitioners.

Defence Mechanisms** to Make me Confident - Learn2 Walk Tall
Assertiveness and strong body language are key factors in looking confident and less vulnerable, Self defence enables you to build your confidnce, remain calm under immense stress and can in instances help you channel any aggression should the need arise. This course looks at the confidence and self esteem rather than the physical measures to improve personal safety. This is a free one-off session.

Scrapbooking** - Positive Memories
Scrapbooking is a way to preserve and pass on your memories in a unique and personal way. Plenty of scope is given for imagination and self-expression. Pages can be embellished with memorabilia, drawings, mementoes such as tickets etc. Scrapbooking can capture the mood of a time or a place in a positive way, rather than simply putting photos in an album. Lots of themes are possible - People in my Life; My Home; My Garden - anything that has a positive spin on your life and wellbeing. This is a free six-week course.

Moving On** - Making Positive Changes
There is a time to progress and everyone needs support to do it successfully. Working closely with each individual learner this day allows an exploration of opportunities within the wider community. Plan steps around your aspirations and strengths and look at skills in a more general way to achieve your goal whether short term or long term. This is a free one-off session.

No Panic**
This free one-off session is aimed at anyone that has experienced the unexpected and frightening feeling of a panic attack. During the session you will learn 'First Aid' for panic attacks including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy skills and how changes to your lifestyle can help reduce anxiety.

Creative Crafts** - A Day to Enhance Wellbeing
A day of creative crafts. Try your hand at a variety of crafts which allow free expression through the mediums of painting, drawing, ceramics, card making, and jewellery making. Join like-minded people in this fun, relaxed day away from the stresses of everyday life. You will have an opportunity to try all of the crafts in one day and then you may sign up for a longer course in the future. This is a free one-off session.

Creative Art** - Expression Through Art

Express Yourself Well - Card Making**
This free six-week course encourages you to explore your creative side in a practical way by making cards for all occasions. No previous experience is necessary.
Starting Wednesday 7th MArch from 10am to 12pm in Kettering (venue TBC*)
Ceramics** - Amaze and Glaze
Learn to make up to 5 pieces of usable earthenware using ceramic glaze. Relax and enjoy the distraction from everyday pressures. Each week you can expect to complete one item of pottery for you to take home, decorated, glazed, sealed and fired. Increase your self esteem, give structure to your day and enhance your social skills as you make friends in this fun and relaxing group. This is a 5 week course. There will be a small charge for this course to contribute towards the costs of materials.
