Our reactions and attitudes to colours differ from person to person. Our attraction to certain colours may very well signal areas where we are imbalanced. This free four week course will help you understand why certain colours affect us favourably while others bring about negative feelings.

A free six week course to introduce you to the benefits of yoga for physical and emotional wellbeing. You will need: a yoga mat (cheap ones are available from high street stores)

Complementary Therapies
Complementary therapies have been shown to help restore the body's natural equilibrium and balance. When the body is in balance it can cope with the everyday stresses and strains of life much more effectively. This free three week course includes Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki, and offers you the opportunity to learn techniques through demonstrations by the tutor and also by practising on each other. You will need: towel, bottle of water, hand or body lotion, baby wipes, pen and paper

Relaxation and Energy Boosting
This free taster session offers simple techniques to relax yourself, friends and family - including Shiatsu Massage (head, neck and shoulders) and use Acupuncture points. Plus an opportunity to discuss fresh insights into how life transitions can affect us and ways of managing major transitions.

Express Yourself Well - 'Pens not Pills'
This free eight week course offers you the opportunity to explore how creative writing could improve your wellbeing. the group is open to anyone from beginners to those who already have an interest in creative writing.

Express Yourself Well - Card Making
This free eight week course encourages you to explore your creative side in a practical way by making cards for all occassions. No previous experience is necessary.

Creative Wellbeing - Art
Explore your creativity and switch off from stress with this fun and relaxing free six week drawing and painting group. The arts can be a useful outlet for the expressions of emotion and also stimulate the 'right side of the brain' responsible for non-verbal, emotionally based expression. You do not need to have any prior experience or expertise in art to attend, just a desire to explore your creative side. All materials will be provided, but you are very welcome to bring your own.
